One on One Grief Coaching
One on one coaching - one hour a week for 6 weeks.
- 1 hr1 hour
6 weeks of individual coaching to help individuals learn coping strategies to manage their grief. The end result will be that participants will learn skills to help them avoid getting stuck in their grief, share their feelings freely without judgement and gain valuable skills to help them feel immediate relief. Please note that coaching is not a substitute for counseling and should not be used to manage serious issues such as depression or any mental illness.
