Group Grief Coaching

Service Description

6 weeks of group coaching to help individuals learn coping strategies to manage their grief. The end result will be that participants will learn skills to help them avoid getting stuck in their grief, share their feelings freely without judgement and gain valuable skills to help them feel immediate relief.
